Our story began in 1937 when Marie Barnier dropped the reins of her family kitchen to purchase the Hotel de la Poste and pass from generation to generation her passion of cuisine and hospitality. Then Paul and Renée, Gerard and Monique would add their touch to transform and improve this relay-station from four rooms into a modern hotel of 29 rooms, all the while preserving its authenticity.
